If your running sourcemod nextmap, it appears to look in the root directory and
not the 'cfg' directory for mapcyclefile unless you tell it otherwise eg
'mapcyclefile "cfg/mapcycle.txt"', I ended up putting mapcycle.txt and motd.txt
back to their old home outside the 'cfg' folder as I had server

You can also disable tv_port with the -nohltv
switch in your start command to free up ports on servers that you don't require
source tv on.

With regards to commenting out sv_region it only appears to correct groups and
not lobby.

As much as I'm enjoying having all my servers full, I suggest valve should fix
the reason sv_region takes servers out of groups and lobbies.
Server admins I suggest commenting out 'sv_region' until it's fixed.

I've tried various start command lines with no success.
