Theres basically 3 reasons this could happen. 1) Lack of bandwidth 2) High CPU usage 3) Low server FPS To check these it's easiest if you run the 'stats' command via rcon or on the server console. You might want to automate this process to create some pretty rrd_tool graphs aswell (check the mail
