There seems to be a new exploit around to crash any TF2 server.
If a 'civilian' player gets killed with a katana it will crash the server.
Tested it on my own TF2 (build 4489, latest) server and was able to
reproduce it every time.
Haven't tested it without sourcemod but im fairly certain its an
