You can try looking for a half-life2 voucher(the ones that come with
some ati cards) thats for sale on ebay or someplace else then give it
to him then he will have hl2 and CS:S.

You could probab just log on as him at your PC, purchase the package adn log off.
When he logs back on at home whatever you bought under his account will be there for
him to play.
