The GSP that I work for, we have both forked and unforked L4D servers and all of them are completely empty. Most of the admins that I have talked with have told me that they are all plain vanilla, no SourceMod/MetaMod addons, servers. Even with, or without the setmaster, and empty sv_tags, nothing.
