The only HL mod that runs in full 64-bit mode is Counter-Strike - none of
the others have the 64-bit shared object (SO).
I have been running a 64-bit CS 1.6 server for well over a month (and a
test version before that) once 64-bit AdminMod and StatsMe were available.
I am running 64-bit versions

How did you edit that file(hlds_run), Would it be possible for you to
either show me how you did it or give me a copy of yourhlds_run, because
nobody int he forums knows how to do it, and I've heard others ask how
to skip over the auto-detect as well. thanks so much, this would

No need to edit the file, just add -binary hlds_amd to the
command-line parameters (just like hlds_run -help describes).

I would say use -binary ./hlds_amd instead :)

Just fyi it seems to need a full path to the binary. Even though its all in the same
dir.
In my case -binary /home/username/hlds_l/hlds_amd

with an AMD64 chip, but czero keeps crashing. Cleint side, I see
