[hlds_linux] Tickrate no longer showing 100

Has anyone else found that the server is no longer showing as 100 tickrate in game (netgraph 3) even though it is set to tickrate 100 in the command line? I have changed nothing but all clients that connect to the servers are showing figures around 61-66 instead of 100 (sv_maxupdaterate 120) If
