Hi!
Maybe it is just what it seems... a memory problem. Did you already try
running memcheck? What kind of memory are you using? Noname, Infineon 3rd...
Could also be an incompatibility between the mainboard and the memory.
Try running the memory in another mainboard.

I had the same problem with an Intel mainboard, after a lot of research I
found out that the Core2 mobo I was using could only work with DDR2 single
sided dimms.
I was using 2 x 1GB DDR2 double sided dimms... I changed them to single
sided and my problem was gone!
