a .bmp then make it into a sprite using a converter. Now I have the sprite
and where ever I place it, it will follow people around, so I think I should

It's done using a metamod plugin called stripper2, I think written by
botman. i believe he is hosted by counter-strike.net. The mod can actually
do a whole lote mote then sprites.
