Yes. I have the _exact_ same problem. 99% cpu useage.
This happens on both my boxes. 1 dual mp2000 w/RH9, and 1 dual opteron
w/FC2 Both are using the AMD binary.

We've seen this happen with multiple win32 servers as well. It just started
today.
