Adding +ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to the command line is the solution in my case.
Of course the ip is the IP of the LAN :)

I've tried to open also TCP/IP for the standard port (in my case 27025) and
it seems that this is the right thing to do as when I try to use rcon I see
counters of passed packets increase. The problem is that I still have no

I think its because in steam rcon uses port 27021 (I think) not the
standard port like 1.6
But I havent seen the correct command to set the rcon,ip, port to the
same as the server
