Adding +ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to the command line is the solution in my case. Of course the ip is the IP of the LAN :) this is what I'm having now using netstat tcp0 0 192.168.1.17:27025 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 5486/srcds_amd udp0 0 192.168.1.17:27020 0.

I've tried to open also TCP/IP for the standard port (in my case 27025) and it seems that this is the right thing to do as when I try to use rcon I see counters of passed packets increase.
