This makes the lag even worse for the server a
ets at once at start to all - then it might lag ..
but on the other hand - it might be better to get rid of what has do be done
right away .. ?

If i set this 0 on another server, it brings round start lag and 2
seconds are gone instantly from the timer before round starts. If i set
this to back 1, lag is gone on the other server.
