    I know I've seen a horn wrapped just like this one in an old Kruspe catalog but I don't have the photo.   It's a single Bb horn.  From the top it's (normal) 1st, 2nd, 3rd valves.   The 3rd slide wraps upward to make room for the 4th slide which is an F extension.  That's a seriously old horn
