My AP Music Theory Class has been using a program called Auralia for
ear-training. I'm not sure how much this program costs, but I find it
very easy to use (the interface is a bit childish-looking though), and
there are many different types of exercises like melodic dictation,

I used to play jazz bass trombone semi-frequently, and it actually seemed
to help my embochure. I also took up jazz tenor and bari somewhat more
seriously two years ago and haven't had any sort of major problems. The only
thing I've heard about doubling horn and a woodwind instrument is the
