Anyone use the Denis Wick mouthpiece booster? What does it do for you that you like? Anyone experiment with using a bolt nut on the mouthpiece stem as a booster? I have tried a few different sizes and weights of nuts and find a 3/8 medium sized nut, placed to clear the lower 3/4 of stem, works
