If the horns go along with the trumpets the horns might be in C-basso, so to be one octave lower than the trumpets. If the symphony requires (as No.82) horns or trumpets, the horns might be high (c-alto), but it depends if they would be playing higher than the oboes or not. It makes absolutely no
