Copy pasting completed huts with the tags on them is the fastest way to do this. One more tip is that in josm select mode you can select a hut and hold down ctrl+alt while you click and drag the mouse to resize the hut. This lets you make a different sized one to copy and paste. With this method

There is a simple way to rapidly trace the many huts in JOSM. You first create a way with the appropriate attribute. And next, you copy it were you need to add other huts. 1. Create a circle way representing a hut :  Draw a hut, press shift-o to create a circle and add the attributes. Press Ct

Just a little feedback here too - I did two squares using Potlatch - using the main imagery URL - and was able to trace all buildings and roads, I was a bit dissapointed I couldn't see any traditional huts, as the PDF guide said there would be, and assumed the areas was crops and trees. Anyhow, it

Robert, I just logged in to the task to see if I could complete a sneaky task on the Gulu Job in my lunch break. The task worked well, and loaded the data and imagery via remote control from my browser - my best experience yet of a user-friendly workflow in the tasking manager :)  Good job HOTt
