updated on a daily basis, we rely on the garmin files provided by HOT

it seems, that the bing imagery in some areas of africa has been
updated, according to [1].
In Juba (Job #591), the bing imagery were updated, too. They are now in
the city area from 2013.
The problem is, that the bing images now have an other alignment than
the older ones.
