Hi Laura and all,
That is a pretty tight window for the QGIS grant, however I went ahead and
added it to the Fundraising Working Group’s ‘pipeline’/spreadsheet. We meet
every-other week, next one is Wednesday the 14th; however, we have some
projects that are also time sensitive and we may do

Hi HOT team
This is a heads up, Hurricane Newton is hitting south of Baja California
Sur (around Los Cabos) and the cost of the State of Sonora.
Other volunteers from Mexico and myself are preparing the Wiki and we are
trying to determine the areas that will need support.
Stay tuned!

Hey Laura and Russell,
thank you for your messages. We would be very interested to share
ideas and discuss the QGIS grant. As part of the disastermappers

Dear Friends,
If you like mapping, you owe it to yourself to try out the JOSM
desktop application for OSM mapping.
It has some advantages over the OSM iD web browser based editor, but
it is a little more complicated to use.
I made a series of very informal, one take, no script, no editing,

Thanks Melanie - I'll follow-up directly with you next.
In the meantime, I'll hijack this thread to let everyone know - yes, we have a
handful of working groups and new people are more than welcome to jump right
in; the groups I participate in all have a 'standing list' of stuff we'd like

Hi Mike,
You may try https://github.com/MissingMaps/events

Hi all,
Here's the direct link to the application form:

I've done a quick read through. It doesn't seem very onerous, especially if
there's a reasonably thought out idea that fits the fun
Hi Hot team
Hurricane Newton is hitting Baja California Sur and the state of Sonora.
Besides the harm that a hurricane can cause there are big risks of flooding
in different areas.
A colleague in the OpenStreetMap community in Mexico, Alberto Chung (cc)

website if you send me the details. Sorry about the delays and confusion.
All the best,

Dan,
Thanks! I followed Ben's advice and made a pull request on the Github
repository. Hopefully that works.

Hello HOTties,
So we didn't run the meetbot during yesterdays meeting, because I thought
it was only Russell and myself that were attending, but luckily Blake,
Mikel and Cristiano showed up and some great ideas were discussed:
