This would be a good opportunity to switch to (HOT) for both languages. We
don't use the periods anywhere else in communications.

How can I "merge" two blog posts written in the past as separated but
actually only in two different languages (eg nodes #205 and #206? I just
create a translation in #205, then copy/paste the text from #206, then
delete #206?

* (Most of) the interface of hot.osm.org is now bi-lingual in English
and French.
* If visitors choose a language from the dropdown, articles will be
shown in that language - or in the original if there is no translation.
(See for example the update about CAR)
