[hugin-ptx] Header for webpage.

2009-07-28 Thread Rogier Wolff
Hi, We discussed a changing header for the web page a few days ago. Have a look here: http://www.rehorst.org/wordpress/?page_id=116g2_itemId=12512 to see what that looks like. To me it seems that you have to have some focuspoint that remains the same between the images. In this case the

I had a little more time for testing. I used the same project as above, with the Traditional Chinese interface. I verified the Align function from the assitant tab, fine tune all points, optimize everything, and optimized exposure with no problems. The only concerns, which are not new for this

We need photos taken with as many different lenses as possible I uploaded some to ftp://tksharpless.net/lenscal/thomas/ Some info about the lenses is in this directory. Let me know if you need/want more. All lenses are of course demountable. Do you want the shots at differnt aperatures or just

[hugin-ptx] setting hugin tmp directory in 0.8.0 release

2009-07-28 Thread Doug
How do I get the tmp directory in hugin so that it is not chosen by the OS (linux MDV 2008.1)? In File=Preferences I set Tempdir to /media/disk-2/tmp. .hugin shows tempDir=/media/disk-2/tmp but all the working files are still going into /home/dougb/tmp where space is limited. I previously

I went through that process yesterday. Eventually I made it, hugin 0.8.0 is now running fine on my Hardy :-) But there are a few of gotchas that you must be aware of when running the command that Kornel described on a console/x-terminal: A) The same compilation error will occur for some 20 other

Thanks Thomas And to answer your private question publicly, yes, we will publish the results of our lens calibration tests. But it may not be soon, as there is a lot of work to do, and we haven't yet even a clear idea of what form the results should take. Of course one way will be in terms of

Update, still goes about same speed. What I don't like is seeing enfuse work for hours, with 1.3 to 1.8 gigs of ram, and nothing more than 2-4% cpu (out of 25% for a single thread). Any advice for speeding this up? And the question is still open for those who make gigapixels panorama... how log

I don't know if this is the same thing, but I get whitish\yellowish horizontal lines, each line a few pixel high with black dots at irregular interval on the lines. They are perfectly horizontal (i.e. follow a pixel row perfectly) Size is 23284*11642 and it's a 360*180 I generated 3 exposure
