Hi, On win32 the celecte.model file is searched on the path INSTALL_XRC_DIR/data, but the macro INSTALL_XRC_DIR is replaced by "${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/share/hugin/xrc" during compiling. Hence the path is fixed, which contradicts the approach to copy the application during setup to a directory
