more than one key held down. I've had that happen on an XO-1, and I
swapped the keyboard out. It was the shift, ctrl, and tab keys on the

I'd have to check the serial number.
I know how to fix it; replace the motherboard, or reflow the solder
under the CPU. But don't try it unless you know how to do it.

Agreed.
Sugar Labs is more at risk of failure to use available funds than it
