MQ priority settings in z/os

Bob, Thanks - you're right that we had to rely on our personal contacts - IBM's customer references, and Gartner - those were pretty much the sources we had. What suprised me was that IBM could not provide us with any contacts for fully duplexed GDPS users, but that may be peculiar to what it is

risk management for the infrastructure

Is anyone running a formal infrastructure risk mangement process? We have set up a function, using the NASA PRA approach, and would like to find some consulting help to get the program up to full speed. So far, I've not located anyone. Any ideas?
