SMP/E PTF REWORK; RECEIVE, APPLY, and ACCEPT

I create a PTF; RECEIVE, APPLY, and ACCEPT it. Then I rework it with a higher REWORK operand. RECEIVE witn no SELECT operand will automatically RECEIVE it if it appears in SMPPTFIN because of the higher REWORK. But will APPLY or ACCEPT with no SELECT likewise select it automatically? I suspect
