I have noticed a number of SVCR 0 entries (with no corresponding SVC 0) in SYSTRACE, but not just after an ATTACH. I see them in connection with traces of a problem with a TCB that has an active SVC table (TCBSVCA2). The PSW NSI is the address of the routine for redriving the intercepted SVC.
