Regarding less than useful messages
It sounds as if you should create a SHARE requirement (or two) against:
- LE messages for what they do (and don't) help you with
- COBOL (better run-time diagnostics for mixed COBOL and Java)
- Fault Analyzer
We have successfully run the sample from the COBOL manual and are now trying
our own COBOL to Java application but are getting an abend as follows -
JVMDG217: Dump Handler is Processing Signal 11 - Please Wait.
JVMHP002: JVM requesting System Transaction Dump
JVMHP012: System Transaction Dump
