Final resolution: OA12150 fixes a PE UA18318.
Backed of the PE and everything is good again.

I have watched the startup and it looks like DFSKERN is starting and

When I played with Samba back around 1999, I&
ntials. So somehow your Windows signon is no longer being
accepted by the DFS/SMB server. That can happen for several reasons.
1) Your Windows User ID is being improperly mapped to your RACF User ID.
Consult /etc/dfs/home/dfskern/smbidmap for details.
2) Your Windows password was changed and that chan
