that would bias the allocation of a disk dataset toward a range of volumes
within a pool defined by esoteric ?

component of all OS/390 and z/OS systems. Any particular reason why

is easier though

at my previous work site, the STGADMIN gods simply refused to
believe in SMS, because of some "past bad experiences"; i'd guessed
they didn't set it up properly then.
