I also did a scan in Endevor for type EZ* and it produce a big list also.

Every execution of Easytrieve, whether it be EZTPA00 or a compiled program
access the Easytrieve Options table. The options table is a created from the
JOB06EOP install job. Simply scan your SMF data looking for all jobs that
access this file.
