Just happen to have it in one of the reference manuals for our product: FTP.DATA is IBM's term for the FTP parameter dataset. There is no dataset actually named FTP.DATA. The search order for "FTP.DATA" is: SYSFTPD DD statement in FTP server started task cataloged procedure; jobna
