Take a look at the RMF IOQ reports to see useful Q length and wait
times for HyperPAVs.

HYPERPAV ALIASES CONFIGURED = 64
And we're even seeing some of them in use.

IECIOS member with HYPERPAV=YES. I see the devices
display with the -H now, but I don't see any aliases bound to the base.
Am I missing something required to activate
