I downloaded the executable, but when I tried to install it I received an
error message - I'm using WinXP Home, so there may be a compatability issue

I was in a meeting for a few hours, and when I went back I received a message
from Mr. Lang regarding the software. Just on a whim, I decided to try the
install one more time (just in case there were any error messages that could
help him debug the problem).
