It makes perfect sense if you know anything about JES2. You're making
an unwarranted assumption about JES2; SYS1.H

Unlike others, I'm willing to admit when I err.
But, ISTR, we had a major problem because of the 59 volume limit, years ago.
If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.
