There is no IBM SMF record that tracks member-level access to PDS/PDSEs, other than the type 42 subtype 21. There is a MEMBER name field in the SMF 14/15, but that is only populated when the JCL specified the PDS member name (i.e, the access is BSAM, not BPAM). I'm aware of two products: PDSMAN t
