You can't read bookmanger files with just a browser, you would need the
bookmanager web server.

Id like to put these into an HFS file and use a browser for reading them. Aside
from using ftp to copy to an HFS file is there other set steps involved? Thanks

But my personal favorite is firefox browser with an add on called "download
them all". This gives you ability to save off
