Yes, I thought as much but the method does seem to be there to code so I was a

ZIIP?
I have been doing some research and I'm aware of the restrictions in running
under SRB etc but for now I just want to establish if the concept is viable.
Does anyone have some sample code to load a COBOL progra
Thanks all
It presumably scans for various strings or code sequences but given the ,myriad
compilers out there and asm code direct I cannot see how it can possibly scan
for sequences reliably in any object/load module.

yes but what does it actually can for? How can it find what it is looking for
in a load module? Has anyone ever found anything?

you are indeed fortunate. Basically it's supposed to be a system for ensuring

Can anyone explain what this black duck thing actually scans for? I cannot get
any sense out of our risk mon who impose this on us. They talk about open
source etc then scan load modules. I then wonder what they could possible be
looking for. They never seem able to give examples. So does anyone
