Yeas the spool volume is in Draining Mode. I added a new spool volume.
How can i change de old volume? In draining mode?

Format and add another spool volume is an option.

I had already given the command CP SPOOL CONS CLOSE
But I saw no effect and the 'full console spool' message continued to
occur. Then I found commands and tried to clean and nothing happened.

Have you tried to logon you system operator and command a CP SPOOL CONS
CLOSE ?
It would release a spool file for you to handle ( spool to tape or delete)
...
On DIRM subject, ip depends upon how installation has set it up. have
