Feel free to be 100% positive. Our SCDS/ACDS/etc are in UCAT and have other HLQ.

Of course I mean those object which IBM said" MCAT YES".
How many objects are covered? Few dozens?
Is the goal worth the complication?

installation-allocated datasets that are accessed during system initialization
(usually for OUTPU
IIRC, So during an IPL until SMS is UP, any datasets needed have to be in the
mcat. Once SMS is up, UCATs are available and then the datasets can have
different access paths.
