I am trying to modify an old (1996) assembler program called RXTPFCF
that basically does a lot of VMCF stuff.
The program is nucxloaded and then executed from an exec - EG:

At this stage we are not looking into using LDAP.
As far as RACF not providing an exit for this - there may not be an exit
