I have VTS running on VM 5.2.0 . If I have DFSMS ,VGLIBSRV,RMSMASTR define on a
USER pack (E21w01) should i not be able to install VM 5.3 and take a copy of
e21W01 and get it to work with 2nd level VM 5.3 ? I have not been involved in
this for some time but it seems I missed something ?
