Im installing from DVD located into hmcs machine. No problem to

I'm a z/VM newbie performing a 1st level z/VM install from DVD. I'm at
the point of loading the service files from the Stacked RSU DVD. The
Guide for Automated Installation and Service says to look at the README
file on the DVD for instructions on how to receive the files to my 500
disk.

I assume you're in the middle of the INSTDVD process. As I recall, you
should be able to just plug the DVD in the drive, type GO and the 1 file
(5301RSU1 SERVLINK for VM 5.3) should get copied there.
