I am not familiar with multiple virtual CPU's on a UNI. Are you
referring to the SYSDEF TD,START=01 ? We rem

Tim,
You can have a uni-processor and still assign multiple CPUs to a virtual
machine. I think your older machines were two-ways, so it stands to
reason that you could have had multiple CPUs defined to VSE. Ma
when you went to a uni.
