I would wear stretchy jeans but seems after a long ride I get rubbed in the inseam where its sewn down the legs. Janice- I will wear stretch jeans in the summer or fall if I'm only going to ride for maybe an hour or so...and if all my riding tights are dirty! They are WAY too hot to ride

Holy cow - I couldn't IMAGINE the ones I had being a winter weight or fall weight material. Most riding breeches are neither summer weight nor winter weight, and that's where I think the Kerrit microcords would be categorized. I believe Kerrit's sells polar fleece breeches for winter, as well
