i think one of the worst examples of breeding for tallness that comes to mind is in the Paso Fino breed. A breeder I know told me that breeding for pasos that are 15hh is largely the problem in so many of them in the last ten years being trotty. Janice -- yipie tie yie yo

I don't think anyone said it wasn't an extreme example, did they? Maybe it was reported because it is odd. It is out of the ordinary if he is anywhere near that tall. I don't see it as a "breed claim". Since Jasmin wrote it as an answer to my post complaining about the ever-increasing claims
