This has hack has also started failing. The real problem is that yahoo has
stopped supporting yahoo messenger versions prior to 7.5 .
The new pidgin 2.5.7 is out which solves the problem.
For ubuntu 9.04 users do the following.
Import the public key for Launchpad PPA for Pidgin Develop

I changed the pager server configuration from scs.msg.yahoo.com to
cn.scs.msg.yahoo.com and it worked.
The old one pointed to this IP 68.180.217.7
And the new one points to this IP 202.43.216.31
But it is the same domain(different sub domains), so i think that is nothing
to worry about.

Hey getting warnings is not a problem. It will still create an executable
and you can execute it.
So it compiled with few warnings mentioned by
