Try leaving everything except username and password to their default
values.
finally use sudo pon to connect to...

I have been using gnome for quite some time. I like everything about
it*except its sidebar
*. Is three any hacks or themes which will enable it to have a better look?
For starters can we make it display a preview of videos and pictures in a
folder on the sidebar?

I've another problem with LUCID LYNux.
I try to add debian DVD to software source, by add CD_ROM...
But an error dialoug any say that it failed to mound the media...
