[fsug-tvm] Executing a shell script from crontab

Hi all, I wrote a script to change my wallpaper. Now i want to execute this automatically after a short duration. So i tried using crontab . But it doesnt works for me . I manually executed the script and it is working well . "crontab -l " gives # m h dom mon dow command * * * * * /bin/bas

Since our google group is added to Gmane, migrating the past emails shouldn't be a problem as the emails could be downloaded as mbox. Even though google groups provides indexing and such, i think its better to rely on our own server space for mailinglist as well. I had planned to create the websit

The current server setup is Intel quad core processor 4x 2 x 2.5 Harddisk space 250GB SSDx 2 + 1TB SATA x2 RAID 1 24 GB RAM / RIPE 16 IP Block Backup space on remote server ( Only daily and incremental back up) Running Centos 64 bit /php5.5/mysql/Apache/Python etc If the forum gets bigger there
