Try to find the TC.EXE in the folder C:\TC\BIN\. The path may vary.
Look in the bin folder. Then right click tc.exe and select send to
desktop (as shortcut). Try opening the shortcut and compile.
If it doesn't work
BGI is nolonger used anywhere.
Turbo C++ Graphics routines need ideal DOS environment.
Use DOSBOX for the purpose.

If you using GNU/Linux and very desperate to run BGI graphics using TC, then
you can use dosbox. Just for academic purpose, otherwise learning BGI
graphics is not really recommended.
BGI is no longer used anywhere other than the academic program.
