when i try to modify the wvdial.config using vi or just the default text editor, it says i dont have permissions to modify and when i try to change the access rights, it says root is the owner, while im logged in as the admin could anybody pls help? m using ubuntu 8.04.1 LTE Hardy heron _

Off-topic but still.. Is there no ONE technology that could identify a human being uniquely? I though retinal scanners work perfectly but the only drawback in using iris scanners and retinal scanners is that excessive exposure to that instrument could visually impair you or something like that. On
