when i try to modify the wvdial.config using vi or just the default text
editor, it says i dont have permissions to modify and when i try to change
the access rights, it says root is the owner, while im logged in as the
admin
could anybody pls help?

I did look into ekiga but it didn't prove to be quite useful. Instead I
found that Google had released the libjingle API free of cost. Now the issue

Off-topic but still.. Is there no ONE technology that could identify a human
being uniquely? I though retinal scanners work perfectly but the only
drawback in using iris scanners and retinal scanners is that excessive
exposure to that instrument could visually impair you or something like
